We ship our domestic orders primarily via Royal Mail.​

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

UK Standard Delivery (2nd Class)

  • Cost: £4.95
  • Delivery Aim: Approx. 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Tracked 24 (with Signature)

  • Cost: £7.95
  • Delivery Aim: Next-day delivery aim from dispatch.

Local Collection (Free)

 

We are more than happy to arrange for you to collect your order in person from Tottenham, London (N15).

 

  • At checkout, simply select the option: "Collect for free from N15".

Important Delivery Information

 

  • Signatures & Delivery Instructions: Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature. If you provide specific instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbor or in a safe place, this is done entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately, el Bustan cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they have been successfully delivered according to your instructions.

 

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided at checkout, or because no one was available to accept the package, the cost of resending the parcel must be covered by the customer.
