Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and usage of eGift Cards:

• el Bustan eGift cards are delivered by email. Each e-gift card contains a unique code to be used at checkout.

• el Bustan eGift Card may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value on the card on payment of the difference at checkout.

​

• el Bustan eGift Card does not cover the P&P fees. Please see P&P costs, on the Return and Delivery page. The recipient would need to pay the P&P when they claim the eGift.

​

• When you use the el Bustan eGift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given.  For the remaining balance please contact us at info@elbustan.com as we need to issue you with a new code with the rest of the balance. 

​

• All refunds of goods purchased with the el Bustan eGift Card will be made in accordance with el Bustan refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

​

• If any product purchased with a el Bustan eGift Card is subsequently returned, any refund will be added to the remaining balance on a new el Bustan eGift Card. Cash/ bank transfer will not be given in lieu.

​

•  el Bustan eGift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

​

• Refunds will not be given for the purchase of el Bustan eGift Cards.

​

• Please protect your  el Bustan eGift Card code. el Bustan is not responsible for unauthorized usage of the el Bustan eGift Card code to purchase goods from our online shop. We are unable to make a refund if that happens. 

​

• el Bustan eGift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.  el Bustan eGift Card will automatically expire at the end of that period and any remaining balance will be cancelled. The el Bustan eGift Card cannot be used to purchase another el Bustan eGift card. To check the status of el Bustan eGift Card, please contact us on info@elbustan.com.
