Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to absolutely love your el Bustan pieces. If something isn't quite right or you've simply changed your mind, please don't worry—you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, we just ask that items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

 

Once your return arrives safely back with us and is checked over, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Important Return Information

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning an item to us for a refund is covered by the customer.

  • Changing Your Mind & Exchanges: If your item isn't quite what you expected, or you've decided you'd prefer a different style, we are delighted to arrange an exchange to help you find the right piece. As a small, independent business, we just ask that you cover the postage to send the original item back to us, as well as the delivery charge to ship your lovely new selection out to you.

 

  • Parcel Responsibility: The item is your responsibility until it safely reaches our hands. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service that insures you for the total value of the goods.

  • Timeframes: Goods should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we've agreed otherwise together.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

Every item is packed with care, but if something has arrived damaged, faulty, or if we accidentally made a mix-up with your order, we will absolutely cover all the costs to make it right for you.

 

Please pop us a friendly email right away at info@elbustan.com within 14 days of receiving your package, including a couple of clear photographs of the fault or damage.​

 

Once we take a look at your photos, we'll guide you through the next steps:

  • Returns: If we need you to send the item back to us so we can fix or recycle it, we will provide full instructions and fully reimburse you for your return shipping.
  • Replacements & Refunds: Once verified, we will happily ship out a brand-new replacement at no extra charge, or issue a full refund to you.

 

Sale Items

 

Purchases of items discounted during our sale periods are final. Because these are limited runs, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on sale items.
