Please note that any local VAT, customs duties, or fees applied by your country are the buyer’s responsibility (please see our specific US and other selected countries customs notice below). Customs processing may also occasionally affect delivery times.

Notice for US Orders:

Due to US customs regulations, Royal Mail requires all duties to be prepaid when we create your shipping label. After you place your order, we will contact you directly to arrange the payment for these specific customs fees before your package ships. We appreciate your understanding while we work to automate this process.

Notice for All Other International Destinations (Please read special info about France below):

For all other international countries - including European destinations - any local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees issued by your country's border control are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Notice for Orders Shipping to France:

Our carrier, Royal Mail, offers an upfront prepayment service specifically for orders shipping to France. This allows you to pay your local French VAT and duties upfront, so Royal Mail can settle the fees directly with the French customs authorities on your behalf.

If you are placing an order shipping to France, we will contact you directly after you check out to confirm your preference before we process and ship it. You will have two options:

• Option 1: Prepay Duties (Recommended) Our carrier, Royal Mail, automatically calculates and collects your local taxes and duties upfront when we create your shipping label. Royal Mail then settles these fees directly with the French customs authorities on your behalf. This means your package is fast-tracked through customs, there will be no surprise charges, and it will be delivered straight to your door.

• Option 2: Pay Upon Arrival Alternatively, you can choose to handle the payment of customs duties when the package arrives in France. Your local postal service will contact you to arrange the payment of these fees before the package can be delivered, and they may apply their own local handling fees for processing the shipment.

Dispatch Time: Please allow up to 2 working days for us to pack and safely dispatch your order.

*Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates to your door starting from the day your parcel is dispatched. While most parcels arrive on schedule, these windows do not include unexpected delays caused by your local customs office, which are outside of our control.

Europe Band 2:

Worldwide Band A: 

China, USA.

Worldwide Band B: 

Australia, Canada.

Worldwide Band C: 

Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa, Thailand.

Worldwide Band D:

Shipping Destination Not Available?

We constantly review our shipping destinations to expand our reach worldwide. If your country is not currently available in our list at checkout, please get in touch with us.

We are more than happy to look into the possibility of adding your destination. If we are unable to clear standard postal routing to your country, we will gladly arrange an alternative courier service and provide you with a custom shipping quote!

Notice for Overweight, Multiple, or Oversized Orders:

Our standard flat shipping rates are calculated to cover typical individual retail orders. On rare occasions—such as when purchasing multiple heavy items or exceptionally heavy books—the order may exceed standard carrier packaging sizes and weight limits.

If your combined order exceeds standard international postal allowances, we will contact you directly with a custom courier quote to cover the additional shipping costs before your parcel is dispatched. You will always have the right to proceed with the custom quote or cancel your order for a full, immediate refund.

We would like you to know that currently we are working on upgrading our shipping systems to fully integrate international customs and tariffs, ensuring a seamless worldwide delivery experience. This page will be updated as soon as these improvements are live.
