    The Sky Bloom tray - Made in Jerusalem and Bethlehem

    37 x 17 cm | Ceramic Tiles/Olive wood/MDF | Light blue/blue/multi colour
    A special decorative serving tray with matt finish tiles and olive wood frame, made in Palestine.

    Those beautiful vibrant tiles are the creation of the Balian family workshop in Jerusalem. Since 1922, this Armenian family has preserved and refined the art of hand-painted ceramics, a tradition that began when their ancestors were commissioned to restore the tiles of the Dome of the Rock.

    The olive wood frame is made in Bethlem. Olive wood carving and making is a specialty from Bethlem.

    By purchasing this piece, you directly support the continuity of traditional Palestinian and Armenian artistry in Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

    Due to the handmade nature, each tray may vary slightly from others and from the image online.

    Care instructions: Do not hand wash or let it soak in water. Avoid placing it on a damp surface. To clean please use a slightly damp cloth.
