We aim dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the purchase.


Please note

  • Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

  • Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

  • We do not currently deliver to collection points. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

  • Following any failed delivery (eg due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or customer not being available to accept delivery) cost of resending must be paid by the customer.

Any import / custom duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by the buyer. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

Delivery instructions
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place, unfortunately, el Bustan can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.


We are sorry if your country is not on our destination list at checkout, please check with us we are happy to look into the possiblty of adding it. We constantly review our destinations. 

If we are not able to add your country, we are happy to look into a courier service and provide a quote for the cost. 



Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.


Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund or replacement is made.



We really hope this won’t happen, but if you do find that goods are faulty please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY on so that we can do our best to put it right. If we are able to replace the item we will do so as fast as possible, alternatively a refund will be made in full. You will not incur delivery charges where goods are deemed faulty.

Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days from receiving it.


Sale Goods:

Purchase of items sold during any 'sales' is final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
