Orders must be received before 11:00 noon to guarantee the estimated time (excludes week ends).
Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.
We do not currently deliver to collection points. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Collection / drop-off
We are happy to arrange collection from our office for free. / or in some cases if you are local to London and depending on the postcode we can arrange to drop your parcel ourselves.

Due to the Coronavirus all international delivery time are affected. It could take up to an extra week from the estimated time.

Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place, unfortunately, el Bustan can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund or replacement is made.
We really hope this won’t happen, but if you do find that goods are faulty please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY on email@example.com so that we can do our best to put it right. If we are able to replace the item we will do so as fast as possible, alternatively a refund will be made in full. You will not incur delivery charges where goods are deemed faulty.
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
Purchase of items sold during any 'sales' is final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
